Mobile Home Space rent is $780.00/month plus utilities
*RV space rental is $1,100/month plus utilities
*PARK IS OFFERING A 2K CREDIT TO ANYONE WHO QUALIFIES FOR MOBILE HOME ROLL IN (NOTE: Home must first be approved by park management)
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
**RV must be in good condition, 1995 model or later...proof of registration and insurance required.
1. Signed Information Sheet/Disclosure detailing agreed rent and any utility fees.
2. $30 application fee per adult
3. Complete application(s).
4. Copy of SS Card Driver's License or Government issued ID for each applicant.
5. Must have a minimum combined verifiable income of three (3) times the rent.
6. Must have previous good rental history
7. Pets: must comply with property rules and regulations. Accommodations for service/companion animals excepted.
8. Must meet park age requirements if any.
9. If parking available on premises, all vehicles must fit in assigned parking space.
10. NO EVICTIONS
Upon approval 1st months, rent security deposit, and signed lease required before move in.
