snowboarding/skiing, golf, basketball, fly fishing, baseball, football, live music, and camping.
- We occupy the finished basement and use the rear entrance to the home, leaving the front entrance to the top floor (very separated living spaces: full additional kitchen and laundry in our basement space so we will not need to share common spaces or appliances with the main floor).
Lease Terms:
- Utilities are split between top and bottom (energy, water/sewer, and garbage), which average out to approximately $130/month.
- Owners handle all yard work and outdoor cosmetic work
- Security deposit of $1000 due to secure spot. First month's rent due on move-in.
- Street parking only (plenty of space directly in front of house)
