Lexington Estates has a terrific reputation of being quiet and very well cared for. This unit backs to the woods for added privacy. The biggest take away about Lexington Estates is that it feels remote and is tranquil, yet its only one mile away from the bustling Silas Deanne. The Silas Deanne provides easy access to all shopping, restaurants and a main artery to Hartford and I-91. The condo is less than five minutes off the highway. A great location for a busy person that likes to be close things.

This condo is a popular townhouse style with an up and down layout. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the common rooms are on the ground level. One of the (two) assigned parking spots is conveniently feet from the front door. There are no steps walking in which makes it easy for groceries and the like. The first thing you will notice is a bright combo living/dining room that gets drenched in natural light from the oversized front picture window. This large room can be setup in different ways; it can be one large living room because the kitchen is large enough for a dining table; it can be both a dining area and living room. This room (and carried up the stairs and bedrooms) has almost brand new plush high-grade carpet. You will notice the quality just walking on it and really makes the place feel cozy.

The kitchen has good counter space and cabinet storage. There is a newer stainless-steel stove and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and disposal. The first floor has an updated half bath and a washer and dryer that stays with the condo. There is another storage closet as well. A common theme is that all the closets in the unit are above average size. There is no basement, so this is great option for some storage.

Upstairs the master bedroom is in the back of the condo looking at the woods again. The best part of this room is the walk-in/walk-thru closet. The walk-thru part takes you conveniently straight into the hall full bath. A nice feature to not have to go through the hallway. Similarly, with the full bath separating the bedrooms, this condo makes a great setup for roommates. There are no common walls. The second bedroom is also a comparable size.

This unit has newer mechanicals with a new water heater and newer HVAC. If you love air conditioning, this unit will freeze you in the summer. In the winter, the bills are very reasonable with a higher efficiency natural gas furnace. Tenant would be responsible for natural gas, electric, and water. Owner pays for condo fees which include all snow removal and landscaping. There are two assigned spots. One being in a covered garage port which is a nice bonus.
