The kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinet space. In the kitchen there is a door leading to the back porch and small back yard. The basement is a concrete block basement that is unfinished, but does have the washer and dryer.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with large closets. There is a full bathroom and a wide hallway from the stairs leading to all the rooms on the second floor.
This house just got a brand new electric panel and a brand new HVAC system for central air!
This house has a lot of indoor space, it has a front and back porch. The back yard is pretty small.
We base our rents on a 12 month lease. Any lease 12 months or less will have an additional 20% added to the monthly rent.
Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
