$250 cleaning/prep fee
Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter.
To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid.
Beds: 3 queen beds.
Garage: Not available. Use of the garage seen in photos is prohibited. Owner does access the detached garage occasionally with notice.
Pets: Two dogs totaling no more the 60# or one larger dog (accepted on a case by case basis).
1st Dog under 30# is $300 one-time fee. The 2nd small dog is another $150 one-time fee. One large dog is $400.
All dogs are $1 per day per pet.
