-If approved, we require one full month's rent, plus deposit to move-in

- AIR CONDITIONING: Included

- PARKING: Resident parking permits may be obtained for parking space for low annual, ask your leasing agent for more information!

- UTILITIES INCLUDED: Water, trash, sewer

- PET RESTRICTIONS: (2) pets max considered for additional $40 per month each.

APPLICATION, LEASE TERMS, AND FEES

- APPLICATION FEE: Non-Refundable $55/adult

- APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days

- LEASE LENGTH: 1 year

- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: A fee of $300.00 per move is required. $150 is nonrefundable and $150 is refundable should no damage be done during the move. Moves are scheduled Monday- Saturday from 8 AM- 5PM, Saturday moves cost $100 more. Moves past 5 PM are fined $100. The move should be scheduled at least 7 days in advance of the move. Please note, there are approved plans to build a high-rise next door, the timing of the project is not confirmed.

- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
