Upper 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In Bonduel, nice neighborhood. Lawncare water included. Included appliances: Stove and refrigerator. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas and snow removal. Off street parking.

$950/month rent, $950 security deposit.

Below is a list of our minimum standards for qualification. Please confirm again that you would like to move forward.

There is also a $25 fee through Avail for each applicant 18 years and older for the background check, credit report and application if you decide that you would like to rent our apartment.

Qualification Standards

Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.

- Applicants monthly household income must exceed three times the rent.

- All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.

- Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.

- Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.

- Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.

- A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.

- Absolutely no smoking allowed in apartment

- No pets allowed



At landlord’s discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.

If your application is approved a Deposit to Hold equal to the security deposit must be paid within 24 hours of approval and a Deposit to Hold Agreement completed. The Deposit to Hold will remove the property from public offering to be held until a mutually determined move-in date. The deposit to hold will end up being the security deposit.
