UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay for electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the walking surfaces, driveway, and deck, as well as replacing water filters, maintaining the water softener salt levels, and replacing furnace filters as needed.
