Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.

MOVE IN COSTS: A $200 Holding Deposit shall be deemed non-refundable and will be applied to your account as follows: $200.00 Security Deposit. First months rent and Security Deposit are required to move in, plus an administrative fee of $200 and home cleaning fee of $300. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The second month’s rent will be prorated less the move in days.
