Stonecrop is located in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill. You will experience a sense of belonging to the Carolina community at our apartments. Rent includes water/sewer and electricity. Each apartment also receives one parking space in the deck.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom! Apartments also include washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.
Stonecrop residents also have access to the recreation room on the top floor. In the recreation room, you can enjoy a large TV, a pool table, Free Wi-Fi, and comfy furniture. It's a perfect location for study, conference as well as to cheer on the Tar Heels or host a study group.
Parking: There is only one space for each unit regardless of bedroom numbers. But there are alternative parking solutions. Tenants can possibly rent another space 3 blocks away, or get a town street permit $25 a year) with a signed lease. Tenants can also park right below the building, across the street at the public parking lot. This lot is free between 6PM-8AM.
Because of the great location, most tenants just walk, bike or take the buses everywhere, and save on gas.
When you live on Roberson Street, you are only minutes away from UNC's campus, Franklin Street and Carrboro.
