You must have at least one credit card and have a bank or credit union account so that you can provide a credit card statement and bank account statement with your application. You can't owe another apartment owner or a utility company any money.

Security Deposit amount (based on the lowest Vantage 3 credit score of all adults):

Vantage 3 credit score of 701 or more: $1,200.00 security deposit required.

Vantage 3 credit score of 676-700 or more: $2,400.00 security deposit required.

Vantage 3 credit score of 650-675: $3,600.00 security deposit required.
