Location is perfect for commuters as it is walkable or bus (8, 43, 54) to Balboa Bart station and easy access to both US-101 and I-280. Neighborhood grocery store, Cardova Market & Liquor is just one block away. Both Safeway and H-Mart are within a few minutes drive.

Bedroom 1 is 11ft x 11ft including closet. Bedroom 2 is 15.5 ft x 8 ft including closet and has an attached full bath. The second full bath is right next to bedroom 1 and the kitchen. The living room area is about 17 ft x 8 ft. The unit does not include a parking space but street parking is not difficult in this neighborhood. Couch, dining table, and chairs will be removed at lease signing.

Upstairs owners are an elderly couple and prefer 2-3 quiet tenants that can potentially stay long-term. We are looking for non-smokers and drug-free individuals. Sorry no pets. Tenant pays all utilities including Water, PG&E and Garbage which will be divided based on headcount.
