The 3 upstairs bedrooms are carpeted, the master suite has two closets and a private bathroom. Secondary bedrooms are sizable and share a full bath and the unit boasts a single one-car garage and covered front porch. An additional $175 per month if the tenant wants lawn service. Without lawn, the service tenant is responsible to maintain the lawn. A 550 credit minimum,
the tenant can not owe the previous landlord, we verify employment, rental history, background check, the tenant can not have any evictions whatsoever, all persons 18 years of age and older MUST complete an [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Exceptions! Income must be 2.5 times rent. Mandatory renters insurance, first month's rent, and security deposit due at lease signing. Lawn care service is an additional $175 per month, otherwise, the tenant is responsible and must maintain the lawn front and rear. No co-signers.
