Applicant should review the lease and Resident Selection Criteria PRIOR to making application. Should there be any concerns, they should be addressed PRIOR to signing application and paying fee.

To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. There is no fee if you do not have a pet and a minimal fee if you do. Your lease will not be renewed without this application completed.
