General Application - Our spacious one and two bedroom style apartments are nestled in our quiet and peaceful community within walking distance to ETSU. Water, trash pickup and sewage are included in the monthly rate.

1 Bedroom - Standard - Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom floor plans are conveniently located next to East Tennessee State University. These apartments are roughly 551 square feet. Included in the monthly rate is water, trash pickup and sewage. We also have a laundry facility on-site for the convenience of our tenants. 
Greenwood Farms is a pet friendly community within walking distance to East Tennessee State University's Main Campus. We're also less than a mile from major grocery stores including both Kroger and Earth Fare. If you enjoy taking advantage of public transportation, the Johnson City Transit has pickup locations just a short walk from our property.
