This is a very nice house with central A/C, private back yard (no neighbor in rear), carport, and dishwasher.

Natural gas heat and water heater. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawncare, and pest control. House comes with stove and fridge (both are new); tenant provides the washer and dryer.

Qualifications:

No pets Allowed.

3 Person Maximum Occupancy.
