The Clayton Place was originally built as a timber baron's mansion around the turn of the century. In the 70's it was remodeled into apartments and studios. The building features a wraparound porch and a small yard in front, that can be used by all tenants.
Many of the units in this building are full apartments with their own kitchens and bathrooms. This particular apartment, however is what we call one of our "rooms." Several of the units in the building are just private rooms with private in-unit kitchenettes. But, the bathroom is shared, down the hall. It's small and a very unique space, but it's cheap and close to everything you love on the Hill. Plus it's only ONE BLOCK TO LIGHT RAIL!
It shares a bathroom with two other units on the same floor, which is cleaned weekly by a maid service.
There is a lofted area for a double bed, with 7 feet of clearance underneath, so you'll be able to walk under the bed. There is a kitchenette in unit with stove, sink and fridge.
Bathroom is shared down the hall and is cleaned weekly by a maid service.
All utilities (w/s/g/electric) are included for $80month flat rate.
