This is a beautiful 95% upgraded unit. We are currently working on the other 5% but it’s turnkey now. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Brand new kitchen with brand new stainless steal and black appliances, we are changing backslash in kitchen to modernize even more, again if you need to move in immediately we can adjust. Open concept living room dining room with new paint and flooring. We are upgrading the chandelier in the dining room unless someone who wants to rent likes it.

All utilities and amenities are included in the rental price as owner has them all included in the HOA fee they pay monthly for the unit. We also have extra large w/d(s) in the basement of the building. There is a gym, game room, card room and social room on the basement level. There is a mailroom on the basement floor too. The cable and internet package include HBO, Netflix, and Prime and high speed cable plus like 300 channels. We can put DVRs in, but you have to buy your own movies that are not included on demand or extra channels. We are located a block from the Plymouth Meeting Mall and 3 blocks from 476 leading into 76 and 95. We are also about 3 miles from 202. The unit is in the Colonial School District which is in the top 5% of public schools nationally. There is so much more you get, just contact us if you are interested.
