Gas- Tenant will need to call Cascade Natural Gas [Use CALL button] to put this bill into their name.

Rental Application is required. $49 non-refundable application fee per adult (18+ years). Applicants with credit scores over 650+ will be considered. Application must be complete with all income history, rental history and reference information. Income Requirement is 3X the rent amount.. We process multiple applications on properties at one time and the highest and best is selected using the criteria.
