The neighbors are very friendly and the house is conveniently located between North and South campuses of UB. Several stores within walking distance (Walmart, McDonald, Tim Hortons, UPS, Dollar General, and more.)
Twin-size mattress and laundry machines are provided.
Utility and Wifi bills split between tenants. No Smoking inside.
Currently, there are 3 full-time students living in the house. Everyone is friendly and responsible.
