Includes a large laundry room with built in storage and washer-dryer hookups. Rent includes household water, but it is not guaranteed potable as in the summer, it comes from the Eel River. Renter pays for electricity, propane, and is responsible for trash removal and recycling. Cabin is heated with a propane wall heater. Satellite WiFi is available (there is no cell service); renter pays for use via monthly plan with internet provider. Prefer only one cat and may require an additional security deposit.
