Hello!
Welcome to the Treehouse Cottage by the Sea! Upon arrival you are greeted by Heavenly wind chimes, a giant oak tree, in a spectacular tropical setting. Asend into your 2/2 tropical paradise where time stands still & tomorrow is far away. Steps to 7 miles of sugary white sand on Fort Myers Beach.
This enchanting home was built in 1950. Our friend, across the street, grew up climbing in the magnificent 100 + yr. old oak tree. Often people going by marvel while taking a picture. Our home was beautifully remodeled and we continue to treat her with great care.
Especially at night, you can often hear the ocean while enjoying the garden or with the windows open like in the old days.
*check-in is 4pm or after. Check-out by 10am. The cleaning team needs the time for proper cleaning between guests.
We have DVD & VHS players available. Be sure to bring Amazon Firestick or whatever system you like to hook into the internet to watch programs if you think you will want to take time away from the beach to watch TV instead of the dolphins :). Generally we are a no news getaway (it's amazing the good it will do)!
*there is a new addition that was just added in the master suite for adults! It's a medical grade infrared massage table. Please enjoy and read the manual for proper use. Two people to lift carefully, no dragging, if moving so the original wood floor is not
*if you are in the mood, there is a rain bucket collector with a spiket and a watering can or buckets under back steps if you want to water any plants that look dry and encourage hibiscus to bloom (they love rain water).
The new "Tranquil 'Zen' Relaxation Sand Garden" around the tree has a special rake that has a white tip (on front porch). It is said to be therapeutic to rake it and enjoy the peaceful feeling that can result. Enjoy at your pleasure.
