The last residents of the apartment had the unit professionally cleaned prior to their move-out. There is a small lanai with sink, clothes line and electric outlet so tenants may place their own washing machine on the lanai for their laundry. (Currently there is a working washer & dryer on this lanai left behind by the vacating residents).
Please Note: Tenants are responsible for their monthly electric charges and also phone and cable if they require these extra services.
Please Note: Locations requires first month rent paid in full and a Security Deposit equal to (1) month's rent prior to occupying our rental rooms.
Please Note: If you occupy a rental after the first of the month we will pro-rate your rent the second month of occupancy at the residential rental.
