The exterior of this house hides the fact that the inside has had a pretty nice remodel. It has all new laminate flooring, a new mini split for AC and heat (works great!), new paint, new countertop, kitchen sink. Electrical panel is brand new, as are receptacles. (New 150amp service)
It has a new tankless water heater, new toilet, new vanity. This house isn’t perfect, but it’s VERY solid and it seems to be sealed up really good. At less than 800 sq ft, I can’t imagine utilities would cost much.
There’s no room for a laundry room, and there is a yard but it isn’t fenced.
Electronic front entry deadbolt, so no key required.
The neighborhood is safe (I’ve lived in it for 3 years), but does have some shady looking characters. Just be aware. I’ve never had any issues as far as theft or anything.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The tub isn’t new but it seems to be in pretty good shape.
Tenants will be responsible for the yard maintenance.
