River Chalet

The River Chalet was made for hosting gatherings of friends for Stowe weekends. The house is set next to the West Branch of the Little River and is only 3 miles to the Stowe Resort parking lots. The house can be offered furnished with all kitchenware until 11/15/2021 for $4995/month. The property is the second closest private residence to the top of the famed Stowe Rec path. Take your beach cruiser bike down the rec path to the Stowe Farmers Market, or walk to Top Notch for diner and drinks. The Matterhorn Bar and Foster's swimming hole are 3/10th a mile up the river. The riverbank in the backyard offers one of the best areas for a fire pit in all of Stowe and looks at a covered bridge. Rent includes the use of the pool and amenities at Northern Lights Inn. Lawncare, snow removal, trash, and recycling are all covered in the monthly rent. The bunk room can easily be converted into an office space. In the winter a bus is available on Mountain Rd to head to the resort - no need to worry about parking.
