If your application(s) meets our Application Qualification Standards, you will be invited to order a tenant screening report that includes a credit report and background check at your own expense of ~$30 via Rent Spree
If the results of the tenant screening report also meet our Application Qualification Standards, you will be invited to schedule a phone call with us to determine the details of your lease and confirm your move-in date etc.
Lastly, you will receive the lease agreement to sign and will need to provide the Deposit to Hold (equal to one month’s rent) within 24 hours of receiving and signing the lease to secure the home as outlined above.
