This hilltop home with glorious 240-degree views from the valley to the ocean offers a supreme sense of peace and serenity, but at the same time is conveniently close to everything you need just down the road in Carmel Valley Village.
The Post Adobe home has an Early California ambiance, with palm trees, Hibiscus and succulents surrounding the yard, as well as a Jasmine-covered front entryway to a fenced courtyard with a graceful fountain.
Living Room - 42-inch HDTV, gas fireplace.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
3 Bedrooms: Main bedroom - king bed, en suite bath with large shower.
Second bedroom - queen size bed, en suite bath with a shower over tub. Third bedroom
Washer and dryer.
Studio apartment over the garage: 3/4 bath with shower at the bottom of the staircase that leads to the apartment, a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove top and toaster oven, king bed, bunk bed with a full bed below and twin above, a 28-inch HDTV.
Parking for one vehicle in the garage, several more cars in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs under 40 pounds are welcome subject to owner approval + fee.
Guests wanting to explore the rest of the Monterey area will find it’s just a 20-minute drive to the beach in Carmel or to golf and sightseeing in Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row are just as close.
