Room for rent in updated house

Room for rent in updated house in Bonney lake. Right now in the house it’s just me, early 30s male and my 2.5 year old dog. We would consider another animal for an additional $250 non refundable pet deposit. Would also consider couples for an additional $50 to include added utility costs. Rent is $1400, which includes utilities and $1000 for deposit. In the house you would get the whole downstairs to yourself. Includes. Private bedroom, bathroom and living room, plus we can split the storage underneath the stairs if needed. You’ll obviously also get full access to the kitchen and a parking spot in the driveway. Also there is a yard that wraps around the entire house, but tenant will not be required to do yard maintenance. Just please clean up after yourself. Any further questions just reach out to me!!
