To ensure this, we conduct thorough screening processes, including eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3 times the rent and look for no collections from other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past 5 years.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we gladly welcome up to two pets in our 2-bedroom apartments. To accommodate them, we have a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and an additional $25 monthly rent per pet.
