Beautiful décor with full kitchen and large dining table is perfect for large families and groups. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom for additional privacy. Enjoy time relaxing on the waterside screened lanai with gorgeous views. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Make sure you take a dip in the community pool located at the front of the community. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this unit has elevator access it is not ADA compliant. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use.

We love animals, but the owner is allergic, so we have a strict no pet policy. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For access to The Residences amenities, the association must receive copies of all drivers’ licenses, signed resort agreement and covid forms at least 7-days in advance. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list, so please make sure we have a copy of your driver’s license on file for prior HOA approval. Also, all over-night guests must be added prior to arrival. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions.

Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
