Two window ac units provided. Third available upon request. Two usually keeps house as cool as you like even when temps soar in the summer. Heat is central gas furnace.
Washer and dryer provided for tenant use and care or bring your own if you prefer.
Large eat in kitchen. Full size appliances. Brand new fridge. New drip pans on stove. Microwave.
Lighted ceiling fans in Livingroom , Bedroom, Kitchen.
