Large living room and family room. Nice backyard with patio. Relatively new kitchen appliances (but dishwasher does not work). Street parking. Clothes washer and dryer. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are occupied by only man and one woman. There is also 1 yellow lab. The bathroom you will use will be exclusive to you. No other pets will be accepted. One of the tenants works from home most of the time, so it is important to maintain a quiet household.
Preferred tenant must help keep common areas clean. The house already has all the basic necessities - furniture and kitchen items like dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
The backyard may be renovated will be upgraded with artificial turf and possibly pavers for a fire pit area.
There is only one pet in the house -- A yellow lab and his name is Charlie (see pic).
Rent includes gas/electric, water, trash pick-up, AC, heating and Internet. Should utility bills exceed expects charges, fees to be divided by all tenants (will discuss further in person).
Target tenant is either a college student or recent post college grad. Must have full time work position in a career-oriented path.
Initial lease will have term of 2 months. Once probation term is met, the following renewals will be offered in 12-month increments. Will conduct phone interviews before any site visit is allowed.
