Alexandria Condo-Everything Included in Price

I am Cynthia (owner) and have moved in with my partner, so I am renting out my condo. I want to be honest and transparent so I will tell you the Pros and Cons of this place.

Pros: This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, has ALL utilities included in the $2600 per month rent. Tenant is responsible for obtaining their own internet/cable (Xfinity services this area). It's located 20 mins driving from DC line, close to Reagan National, and access to public transportation. There is a shopping center (grocery store, clothing stores, and gym) about 10 minutes walking. Local food/restaurants, liquor store, and bus line (wmata 7F, 7A; Dash Bus AT2) right outside the complex. Access into the building is required by a fob. There is a laundry room in the building, the building has an elevator, and there is a community pool. The only type of smoking allowed is 420 on the patio.

Cons: There is only one designated parking spot. Parking rules are very strict here. There also one visitor pass that is available, but be warned that visitor spots go quickly within the complex. There is street parking, but that is also hard to come by. This building is also older, so there are minor bugs that appear once in awhile (mainly from the kitchen sink).
