Monthly Rent: $600.00.00

Deposit: 600.00

Pet Fee Per Month: 50.00 Per pet

Pet Fee Per Pet Non-Refundable: $350.00

Application Fee: $50.00

Administrative Fee: Resident agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable Administrative Fee of $100 at the time of lease signing. This fee covers administrative and processing costs related to lease preparation and account setup.

APPLICATIONS: Each person over the age of 18yr that will be living in the home will need to fill out a separate application. $50 Nonrefundable 1x fee for each application to be submitted. Applications are good in our system for up to 6months and can be moved around to other properties.

CREDIT SCORE: -We look for someone in the household to have a Minimum Credit score of 620 or Higher but have some options for those who fall below or do not have this score.

620 or higher score – approved.

580-619 – Approved with either double deposit or co signer with min score

579 or below is automatically required to have a co-signer.

INCOME VERIFICATION: -Verifying the Grossed Income for the household to be 2.5x the monthly rent for affordable units or 2.5x the monthly rent for market rent units.

RENTAL HISTORY - If there is any Rental History - There are no outstanding balances with other landlords or property management teams.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND: in good standing.

Security Deposits are equal to first months rent and are due to be paid in full to secure an apartment.

All of our properties require a copy of renters insurance provided to management by start of the signed lease agreement.
