PET POLICY

Tenant agrees to pay pet fees as follows: Cat fees: $75 per cat. Dog fees: $150 per dog. Dog or cat sitting is never allowed. Tenant will be required to pay a refundable pet deposit of $400 for dogs weighing more than 35 pounds. Tenant agrees to forfeit pet deposit refund and allow Landlord to use pet deposit in conjunction with Tenant’s security deposit to make repairs on damages caused by pet(s). Hound dogs and Beagles are never allowed as pets because they tend to howl and bark a lot.

Number of pets: Tenant agrees to limit the number of pets as follows: (1) Tenant shall never house more than 2 pets at any time without property owner's written consent; (2) Two dogs are NOT allowed without written consent from property owner; and (3) Dogs weighing MORE than sixty (60) pounds require landlords written consent.
