Hi! we are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in 3 bedroom and 2 ½ bath townhouse.
This is a new, fully furnished, townhouse in Arista by the FirstBank center. Halfway between Boulder and Denver. The location is great to quickly get anywhere in the Boulder/Denver area.
The current tenants are two full time working 23+ year olds and are looking for a young female, professional or grad student to share this beautiful space. We are neat and tidy, no smoking, no drugs and we enjoy hanging out at home together. LGBTQ friendly. No parties but we like to have friends over occasionally.
The room you would be renting is a private furnished bedroom (can be unfurnished), big window and ceiling fan/light. Shared full bathroom. Rent is $1000 and utilities are equally split and run about $30 a month each. (usually less)
There are two shared living areas, full kitchen, dining room, attached garage
parking for this bedroom, and lots of storage space in the basement.
What we are looking for in a roommate: Value a clean house and helping up with shared space upkeep, responsible with rent payments, respectful of time, place and noise, and an easy going fun person in their 20-30s.
