This fully-furnished home is conveniently located just 2 minutes from Poe West and the Village of West Greenville, and a brief 7-minute journey from the bustling Downtown.
As you arrive, the southern front porch with its welcoming rocking chairs sets the tone for relaxation. Step inside to an open floor plan encompassing a living, dining, and kitchen area designed with comfort and style. The living space features a large, comfy L-shaped sectional, perfect for movie nights on the Smart TV with Roku (no cable). The dining area boasts a unique Farmhouse style table made from a reclaimed door, accommodating 6 people, plus an additional 3 stools at the kitchen peninsula.
The journey to the kitchen reveals a large blackboard, artfully decorated by a local Greenville artist, offering recommendations to our favorite spots nearby. The kitchen itself is a delight, equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, ready for your culinary adventures. Step outside from the kitchen to a deck with seating for 4 and a gas grill, extending to a fenced yard with additional seating and a fire pit (wood not provided).
Pet lovers will be happy to know that their furry friends are welcome (with a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet). The Village Roost comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms: a Twin room with two beds and ample closet space, a Queen bedroom with a large closet, dresser, and a cozy chair, and a secluded master bedroom with a King bed, a large dresser, nightstands, and a TV (streaming services only, no cable). The master suite also includes an ensuite bathroom with a sleek glass door shower and double vanity. A second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Additionally, a laundry room with provided detergent is available for your convenience.
This home comes complete with all lawn care, utilities, internet (streaming-ready TV, no cable), and trash pick up included. The rental terms include a $750 security deposit (refundable), a $250 non-refundable pet fee (plus $100 for each additional pet), and a $315 cleaning fee.
