Pet Rent: $25 per pet, per month

Additional Monthly Charges:

-Reedy Property Group provides our Residents with access to high-speed internet and video services through Spectrum for just $70 per month, in addition to rent. That's over $100 in monthly savings!

-Residents will also receive a Benefit Package for just $60 per month in addition to rent, which includes Valet Trash, Pest Control, Routine HVAC Maintenance, and Renters Insurance.

Application Requirements:

All persons over the age of 18 that will be residing are required to submit an application and consent to credit and criminal screening. Approval is based on an overall review of the credit, rental history, evictions and background check. Applicants must gross 3 x the rental amount, owe no utility providers or property management companies, and have no felonies listed on their criminal background check.

Security deposit amount is a minimum of 900 but can change based upon applicant’s credit worthiness at the discretion of Reedy Property Group.

All applications must be accompanied by 1 month of pay stubs and a copy each applicant’s photo ID.
