Life is a journey and we hope you will spend part of your voyage with us. Stowaway is designed with adventurers like you in mind and is available furnished or unfurnished. Here are a few details:
*GREAT storage for your gear. Our studio has a walk-in closet, built-ins, hidey-holes, and more storage than a simple studio has a right to have.
*A custom built-in bed hand crafted by our German cabinet and furniture maker, Claus. It has big deep drawers, book shelves, and storage!
*A table that winches up into the ceiling! Most studios are TOO SMALL. Well ours is small, but efficient. We designed a special dining room table (bench included) that rolls up into the ceiling! It is also a piece of art that functions as a Risk game! Wait until you see it.
*A built-in writing desk that collapses out of sight to save even more room and keep your space from feeling small.
And just for general goodness we threw in ordinary stuff too, the things other buildings have that they think are special:
*Inset stove top
*Nice counter tops
*Custom paint palette. Even though it's a basement, Stowaway is warm and well lit. Every light has a dimmer to set the right mood. That's important.
*Closet organizers
*A secret hidey-hole! If you are stowing away, we know you need a place to stash your secrets.
This building is in a sweet location at the actual corner of SE 30th and SE Belmont. It's on a transit line (the 15), close to coffee shops, banks, Zupans, restaurants, bars -- you name it!
Rent: $1225 which includes ALL utilities AND sweet furnishings (if you want to use them) AND gigabit wifi AND Netflix!
Deposit: $1225
Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Renters insurance required.
Screening Fee: $54.95 per person
Move In Costs: Prorated first month rent and deposit
Patio/Outdoor Space: None
Laundry: Coin Op machines in building
Pets: Pets of the free roaming variety (cats/dogs) are not permitted.
