Many other perks too numerous to list. Most of these vintage brick townhouses are really tiny- but THIS one is very spacious by comparison. This unit requires numerous renovations (specifically a new fridge, a major bathroom repair, cracked/peeling ceilings, painting of walls/trim, floor polishing, removal of gross, dirty, torn carpeting in the bedrooms, and an old cast iron pipe hidden in a closet that was enclosed with plywood that is rotted and falling apart and the most hideous tacky wall paneling from the 70s in one of the bedrooms). The landlord seems to think he can find an immediate tenant that is willing to move in while the renovations are in progress or a tenant that will do the renovations themselves!!!
