Our partially renovated one bedroom apartments range in price from $875-$975 and our fully renovated one bedroom apartments range in price from $1050-$1075.
Our partially renovated two bedroom apartments range in price from $1150-$1195 and our fully renovated two bedroom apartments range in price from $1250-$1400.
All the common area hallways have been completely renovated with traditional black and white floor tiling, a modern color palette, and brushed bronze light fixtures. Each hallway has state-of-the-art stackable washer and dryer so tenants will have access to laundry right on their floor. If interested, we also offer underground parking on site for an additional fee of $50 per month.
Dogs (non-aggressive breeds) and cats are accepted with a $300 non-refundable upfront one-time pet fee and a $25 per month per pet fee.
Great income and great credit would require only first month’s rent, security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) and move in fee ($120).
