Description: This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has a kitchen with stove/oven and fridge, a living room, dining room, and one bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and the full bathroom. There are laundry hook ups in the basement. It has a nice back yard, front porch, and parking spot for 1 car. There are steps leading up to the house.

Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, and water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required.

Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable dog, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. For each cat, there is a $100 one-time non-refundable fee and $30/month. Max 2 pets.

Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $45 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.

Lease term: 12 months minimum (with potential for renewal).
