-$50 per month for water, sewer and trash
-$20 per month for Parking
-$75 per month for Internet
-$20 per month for common area maintenance
-$11 per month utility billing fee
-Gas and Electric will be billed based on usage
Move-in costs consists of:
$350 non-refundable cleaning fee
$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee
$2,000 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results
Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
**The only exception to this policy would be for animals that are designed as service/assistance animals. Assistance animals must be approved with required documentation**
