This apartment is on the third floor rear of the building. It faces south. The first room you enter is the dining room/kitchen. Besides the usual kitchen furniture, it is big enough to accommodate a sofa as well. The next room is the bedroom/study. It has a bay window facing south; it gets wonderful sunlight in the morning. People have generally situated the bed to face the bay window, and likewise have set up the computer desk in the curve of the bay window. The bathroom adjoins the bedroom; it hjas a shower. The floors are hardwood. It is cozy, adn if you want a cat to come home to, this is the place for you.

Laundry facilities are available free of charge half a block away. Gas and electric are separately metered and and are the lessee's responsibility. Gas is used for cooing, hot water and heating.

The house is on a safe and quiet block. We are squarely within the patrol perimeter of Drexel Police and Drexel Public Safety. We are half a block from Drexel's campus, two blocks from Penn's campus. The shops on Lancaster Avenue are half a block away. .
