1 private bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. This room is large enough to fit a King Bed, 2 dressers, and a desk. It also has an attached huge walk-in closet. The bedroom has its own bathroom directly outside of the room with shower + bathtub that will only be used by you and if guests come over (can be negotiable if you want a true private bathroom). The Lease is available anytime after July 26.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, but can come furnished with a king bed for an additional fee (negotiable). All furniture in the shared spaces is staying, but I'm open to include any furniture you have and want to bring. The new roommate will go in for half of PG&E and Webpass High-Speed WIFI/Internet. The landlord pays water, garbage, and HOA for the amenities (which means free AC/Heat!).

I stay pretty mellow on the weekdays, with the occasional happy hour or tv night with friends. On the weekends I tend to hang out with friends in and around the city. I'm looking for a roommate with a similar work schedule, doesn't bring the party home on weekdays, and is reasonably clean in the shared living spaces.
