This apartment has been named "Big Nugget," by definition: a small chunk or lump of another substance. While it's not the most glamorous explanation, it *is* technically a small chunk of this building... See also; a valuable idea or fact. So yeah, this 1BR/1BA is an absolute Nugget. A Nugget filled with valuable ideas (once you move in), and a lil lump of dining space in your meaty kitchen that also has a gas range. This nugget analogy is wearing thin. Oh well, you've ALSO go a sunny and dedicated back office/bonus room [which is vented! so AC/heat, yearround!!] with view of the first-come-first-served parking pad. AND you're within walking distance of like three places that you can get actual nuggets (...like to eat. I'm talking about Chicken Nuggets, okay- that's what's been in the forefront of my mind while writing this entire listing).
W/d hookups and extra storage in the basement. Parking pad out back!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
