Location is extremely commuter and public transportation friendly. In a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to downtown SF, Dogpatch, and the peninsula.
The bedroom is approximately 11.5 ft. x 11.5 ft. and carpeted with a large closet and window. Able to fit a queen-sized bed, a small desk, and a tv stand. Room can come furnished with a queen mattress, box frame, and small couch.
House is walking distance to:
- 54 and 29 bus stops (5-minute walk, 29 goes to Stonestown and Sunset and both go to Balboa Bart Station)
- San Bruno Avenue (5-minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, grocery markets, and buses that go downtown and SOMA)
