The area is completely centralized in West Town so anything from Logan Square to Division St is walkable, with the blue line & busses just 0.3 mi away.
Your unfurnished bedroom is 11x11 ft (not including closet) and you have your own updated bathroom. The other closet shown in photos is directly outside your bedroom which you have access to as well. Don't worry, I'm well aware the paint job sucks in the 2nd bed/bath - just waiting to let you pick out the new color.
About me - I'm 29, work in construction, & enjoy sports, bars, a little bit of gaming, and it seems I'm quickly turning into a foodie given all the restaurants in the area. I'm pretty social and would prefer to have someone that is down to have some beers on the deck Friday at 5 rather than two people living independently out of the same condo.
