We're close to many great fresh produce markets including Thom's Natural Foods, great restaurants (Aziza, Ton Kiang, Tommy's, Khan Toke, PPQ Dungeness Island, Renaissance, etc.
Tenants pay for water, electricity and gas. Washer and dryer are free of charge and the landlord pays for garbage.
