Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Utilities: Heat, water, and trash services are all included. Internet, gas, and electric are roughly 60 per person, per month. The landlord lives in the building and is very responsive to repair requests. Two AC units are made available at no cost to the unit and a shared Samsung washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Neighborhood: The building is four blocks away from the Eastern Market, Trader Joes, Capitol Hill Books, the Supreme Court, several beautiful coffee shops, and five blocks away from the Eastern Market Metro.
